١٩٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمُكَاتَبِ:
«يَعْتِقُ مِنْهُ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ، وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ مِنْهُ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ»
