١٩٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَهَا:

«إِنَّمَا سُمِّيتِ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لِتَسْعَدِي، وَإِنَّهُ لاسْمُكِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُولَدِي»
