١٨٤٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ زَوْجَهَا وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَتِهَا، فَقَالَ:

«سَأَقْضِي فِي ذَلِكَ بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِنْ كُنْتِ أَحْلَلْتِيهَا لَهُ ضَرَبْتُهُ مِائَةَ سَوْطٍ، وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونِي أَحْلَلْتِيهَا لَهُ رَجَمْتُهُ»
