١٦٢٥٢ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ يَشْتَرُونَ الذَّهَبَ بِالْوَرِقِ نَسِيئَةً إِلَى الْعَطَاءِ، فَأَتَى عَلَيْهِمْ هِشَامُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ فَنَهَاهُمْ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

«نَهَانَا أَنْ نَبِيعَ الذَّهَبَ بِالْوَرِقِ نَسِيئَةً»

وَأَنْبَأَنَا - أَوْ قَالَ: وَأَخْبَرَنَا - أَنَّ ذَلِكَ هُوَ الرِّبَا (١)
