١٦١٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نَبِيعُ الرَّقِيقَ فِي السُّوقِ، وَكُنَّا نُسَمَّى السَّمَاسِرَةَ، فَسَمَّانَا رسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَحْسَنَ مِمَّا سَمَّيْنَا بِهِ أَنْفُسَنَا، فَقَالَ:

«يَا مَعْشَرَ (٣) التُّجَّارِ، إِنَّ هَذَا الْبَيْعَ يَحْضُرُهُ اللَّغْوُ، وَالْأَيْمَانُ، فَشُوبُوهُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ»
