١٥٨٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمِّية (١) ، رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَغْلِبَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:
«لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ، إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ، وَالنَّصَارَى»
