١٥٣١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، قَالَ:
«نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَبِيعَ مَا لَيْسَ (١) عِنْدِي - قَالَ أَيُّوبُ: أَوْ قَالَ: سِلْعَةً لَيْسَتْ عِنْدِي -»
