١٥٢٨٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلِيمُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مِينَاءَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ فَضْلُ أَرْضٍ، أَوْ مَاءٍ، فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ لِيُزْرِعْهَا أَخَاهُ، وَلَا تَبِيعُوهَا»
The Prophet ﷺ · narrated from him by جابر بن عبد الله

فَسَأَلْتُ سَعِيدًا: مَا لَا تَبِيعُوهَا، الْكِرَاءُ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ " (٢)
