١٤٦٣٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا، وَلَا الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى ابْنَةِ أَخِيهَا، وَلَا عَلَى ابْنَةِ أُخْتِهَا»
