١٤٣٢٦ - حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَكَّائِيُّ (١) ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«أَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُمْ رِبَاعَةٌ، أَوْ دَارٌ، فَأَرَادَ أَحَدُهُمْ أَنْ يَبِيعَ نَصِيبَهُ، فَلْيَعْرِضْهُ عَلَى شُرَكَائِهِ، فَإِنْ أَخَذُوهُ فَهُمْ أَحَقُّ بِهِ بِالثَّمَنِ (٢)»
