١٤٢٤٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ، أَوْ عَجَزَ عَنْهَا، فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ، وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا (١) " (٢)
