١٣٨٤٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ جَارِيَةً وُجِدَ رَأْسُهَا بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا: مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ هَذَا؟ أَفُلَانٌ؟ أَفُلَانٌ؟ حَتَّى سَمَّوْا الْيَهُودِيَّ، فَأَوْمَأَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، قَالَ: فَأُخِذَ الْيَهُودِيُّ، فَجِيءَ بِهِ، فَاعْتَرَفَ، " فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ " (٢)Rulings
