١٣٧٠٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ:

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَمُرُّ بِالتَّمْرَةِ، فَمَا يَمْنَعُهُ مِنْ أَخْذِهَا إِلَّا مَخَافَةُ أَنْ تَكُونَ مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ»
