١٢٨٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ الْحَبْحَابِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ،
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْتَقَ صَفِيَّةَ، وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهَا صَدَاقَهَا - أَوْ مَهْرَهَا. قَالَ يَحْيَى:»
أَوْ أَصْدَقَهَا عِتْقَهَا " (٣)
