١١٩٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةٍ: فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، أَوْ ابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، أَوْ رَجُلٍ كَانَ لَهُ جَارٌ فَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَهْدَى لَهُ»
