١١٩ - حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَبَأٍ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُغِيثٍ (٣) الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ: قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ صَاحِبَ الدَّابَّةِ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِهَا (١) .Rulings
