١١٥٧٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي صَعْصَعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَا خَمْسِ (٣) أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَا خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ " (٤)Rulings
