١١٤٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ هَيْبَةُ النَّاسِ، أَنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِحَقٍّ إِذَا رَآهُ أَوْ شَهِدَهُ أَوْ سَمِعَهُ " " وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ سَمِعْتُهُ " " وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ سَمِعْتُهُ»
رَةَ: " وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ سَمِعْتُهُ " (٣)
