١١٢٦٨ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ، إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ: فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، وَرَجُلٍ كَانَ لَهُ جَارٌ، فَتَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَهْدَى لَهُ»
