١٠٩٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَزِيدَ بْنَ الْأَصَمِّ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: حَدِيثٌ لَا أَحْسِبُهُ إِلَّا رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:

«لَيْسَ الْغِنَى عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الْعَرَضِ، وَلَكِنَّ الْغِنَى غِنَى النَّفْسِ، وَاللهِ مَا أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمُ الْفَقْرَ، وَلَكِنْ أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمُ التَّكَاثُرَ، وَمَا أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمُ الْخَطَأَ (١) وَلَكِنْ أَخْشَى عَلَيْكُمُ الْعَمْدَ»
