١٠٧٢٩ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ، فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ

«(٢) فَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ:»

فَاقْتُلُوهُ " (٣)
