١٠٣٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ»
