١٠٢٣٩ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«مَنْ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ، إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ»
