٦٣٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا يَقُولُ: أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَشْكُو إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةَ، أَوْ بَعْضَ الْحَاجَةِ، فَقَالَ:

«أَلَا أَدُلُّكِ عَلَى خَيْرٍ مِنْ ذَلِكَ؟ تُهَلِّلِينَ اللَّهَ ثَلَاثِينَ عِنْدَ مَنَامِكِ، وَتُسَبِّحِينَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، وَتَحْمَدِينَ أَرْبَعًا وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَتِلْكَ مِائَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا»
