٤٧٤٩ - حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مِنْدَلٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ» «وَالسُّلْطَانُ وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا وَلِيَّ لَهُ»
