٢٢١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا»
