١٢٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لَغَنِيٍّ إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ: غَازٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، أَوْ رَجُلٍ كَانَ لَهُ جَارٌ فَتُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ، فَأَهْدَى لَهُ»
