٤٥٠٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ وَأَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَا أُعْفِيَ مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِ الدِّيَةَ.»
