٤٣٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ : قَالَ جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ، وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
