٣٥٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، نَا ‌فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ‌عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ ‌سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ وَلِيَ الْقَضَاءَ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ.»
