٣٥٥٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ ، نَا دَاوُدُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا.»
