٣٣٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ ‌عَبْدَةَ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ:

«الْعَرَايَا أَنْ يَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ النَّخَلَاتِ، فَيَشُقَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَقُومَ عَلَيْهَا فَيَبِيعَهَا بِمِثْلِ خَرْصِهَا.»
