٢٨٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، قَالَ: نَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:
«إِنَّ اللهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، فَلَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ.»
