٢٠٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نَا ‌عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ‌عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ ‌نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ‌ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«لَا يَخْطُبُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ»
