١٥٥٤ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا ‌حَمَّادٌ، أَنَا ‌قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ ‌أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

«كَانَ يَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ، وَسَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ»
