٢٠٢٣٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ:
«لَيْسَ الْوَصْلُ أَنْ تَصِلَ مَنْ وَصَلَكَ، ذَلِكَ الْقَصَاصُ، وَلَكِنَّ الْوَصْلَ أَنْ تَصِلَ مَنْ قَطَعَكَ»
