«أَنَّ الرُّفَيْلَ دِهْقَانَ نَهْرَيْ كَرْبَلَاءَ أَسْلَمَ , فَفَرَضَ لَهُ عُمَرُ عَلَى أَلْفَيْنِ وَدَفَعَ إِلَيْهِ أَرْضَهُ يُؤَدِّي عَنْهَا الْخَرَاجَ»
