١٩٣٩٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ , عَنْ حَمَّادٍ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
«إِذَا مَرَّ أَهْلُ الذِّمَّةِ بِالْخَمْرِ أَخَذَ مِنْهَا الْعَاشِرُ الْعُشْرَ، يُقَوِّمُهَا ثُمَّ يَأْخُذُ مِنْ قِيمَتِهَا الْعُشْرَ»
