١٥٦١٤ - وَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَنِيفَةَ، وَسُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِغُلَامِهِ: إِذَا أَدَّيْتَ إِلَيَّ مِائَةَ دِينَارٍ فَأَنْتَ حُرٌّ قَالَ:
«فَإِذَا أَدَّى فَهُوَ حُرٌّ، وَيَأْخُذُ سَيِّدُهُ بَقِيَّةَ مَالِهِ»
