«أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَةً وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَأَمَرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقَهَا إِذَا طَهُرَتْ»
