Abu Jafar al-Tahawi

«فِي هِرٍّ وَلَغَ فِي إِنَاءٍ أَوْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ، قَالَ: «يُصَبُّ، وَيُغْسَلُ الْإِنَاءُ مَرَّةً»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
