al-Tabarani

«رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ {إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّخَذَ عِنْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ عَهْدًا} [مريم: ٨٧] قَالَ: «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ»»

Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.
