Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi

««أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، فَلَا يَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ»»

٣٣٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتُوَائِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ تَحْتَ نَاقَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا، وَلُعَابُهَا يَنُوصُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: «أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، فَلَا يَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده حسن
