Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««إِذَا كَانَ الْوَرَثَةُ مَحَاوِيجَ، فَلَا أَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُرَدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ» «فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فَأَعْجَبَهُ»»

٣٢٦٤ - أخبرنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَ الْوَرَثَةُ مَحَاوِيجَ، فَلَا أَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُرَدَّ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ» قَالَ يَحْيَى: «فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فَأَعْجَبَهُ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح وما وقفت على كلام مكحول
