Sunan al-Darimi 3180
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««إِنْ ضَمِنَ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ لَهُ، وَإِنْ اسْتَسْعَى الْعَبْدُ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ»»

٣١٨٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، ⦗٢٠١١⦘ ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا: «إِنْ ضَمِنَ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ لَهُ، وَإِنْ اسْتَسْعَى الْعَبْدُ، كَانَ الْوَلَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح بفرعيه
