Sunan al-Darimi 3165
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««إِنَّ وَلَاءَهُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَهُ، إِنَّمَا سَيَّبَهُ مِنَ الرِّقِّ، وَلَمْ يُسَيِّبْهُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ»»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٣١٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ، وَرَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، وَغَيْرِهِمَا، قَالُوا فِيمَنْ أُعْتِقَ سَائِبَةً: «إِنَّ وَلَاءَهُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَهُ، إِنَّمَا سَيَّبَهُ مِنَ الرِّقِّ، وَلَمْ يُسَيِّبْهُ مِنَ الْوَلَاءِ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف جدا أبو سعيد بن عمرو من بني أمية مجهول وأبو بكر بن أبي مريم ضعيف
