Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ فِي ابْنَةٍ، أَوْ أُخْتٍ، فَأَعْطَاهَا النِّصْفَ، وَجَعَلَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ»»

٢٩٩٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: «أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ فِي ابْنَةٍ، أَوْ أُخْتٍ، فَأَعْطَاهَا النِّصْفَ، وَجَعَلَ مَا بَقِيَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ» وقَالَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ: عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف لضعف محمد بن سالم
