Sunan al-Darimi 202
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ تَكَلَّمْتُ، وَلَوْ وَجَدْتُ بُدًّا مَا تَكَلَّمْتُ، وَإِنَّ زَمَانًا أَكُونُ فِيهِ فَقِيهَ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ زَمَانُ سُوءٍ»»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

٢٠٢ - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ هُوَ: ابْنُ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ مَيْمُونٍ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ: يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ، «وَاللَّهِ لَقَدْ تَكَلَّمْتُ، وَلَوْ وَجَدْتُ بُدًّا مَا تَكَلَّمْتُ، وَإِنَّ زَمَانًا أَكُونُ فِيهِ فَقِيهَ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ زَمَانُ سُوءٍ» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف لضعف ميمون أبي حمزة القصاب
