Sunan al-Darimi 189
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
«" إِذَا سُئِلْتُ عَمَّا أَعْلَمُ، قُلْتُ مَا أَعْلَمُ، وَإِذَا سُئِلْتُ عَمَّا لَا أَعْلَمُ، قُلْتُ: لَا أَعْلَمُ "»
Its text does not say these are the Prophet’s words ﷺ, so they are not framed in gold.

١٨٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ حَفْصٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، قَالَ: مَا أُبَالِي سُئِلْتُ عَمَّا أَعْلَمُ أَوْ مَا لَا أَعْلَمُ، لِأَنِّي " إِذَا سُئِلْتُ عَمَّا أَعْلَمُ، قُلْتُ مَا أَعْلَمُ، وَإِذَا سُئِلْتُ عَمَّا لَا أَعْلَمُ، قُلْتُ: لَا أَعْلَمُ " [تعليق المحقق] إسناده صحيح
