Sunan al-Darimi 1775
Abd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Darimi
««كَانَ مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ وَيَفْتَدِيَ، فَعَلَ، حَتَّى نَزَلَتِ الْآيَةُ الَّتِي بَعْدَهَا، فَنَسَخَتْهَا»»

١٧٧٥ - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي بَكْرٌ هُوَ ابْنُ مُضَرَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، مَوْلَى سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ، ⦗١٠٨٣⦘ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: {وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ} [البقرة: ١٨٤] ، قَالَ: «كَانَ مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ وَيَفْتَدِيَ، فَعَلَ، حَتَّى نَزَلَتِ الْآيَةُ الَّتِي بَعْدَهَا، فَنَسَخَتْهَا» [تعليق المحقق] إسناده ضعيف ولكن الحديث متفق عليه
